GREEN ROOM (BEFORE) -New electric, ceiling, HVAC, crown moulding, the whole nine.
(AFTER) Redirected HVAC intake from attic to 2nd floor atrium.
New lighting, added some wall sconces, finished the duct with a textured hammered copper. I would read in there anyday!

Floor registers are beautiful. They are made of a metal alloy and built strong. No worry of anything breaking through.

LOWCOUNTRY - One of my favorite hard/landscape projects. Pop-up sprinklers, living fence, sod, NG hookup for grill + firepit, pavers and aluminum railing. My favorite part -the semi-cirle steps. I want to put them everywhere!
Custom NG push button ignite firepit with fireglass. This looks amazing at night.
Honeysuckles on the fence smell nice in the summer. Hardy zoysia grass for the pets. An old crab basket made a nice cover for the firepit.
